Katt Mabe is a lifetime fitness enthusiast. Growing up her mom was always doing exercise videos by any number of industry leaders such as Kathy Smith & Billy Blanks. Kickboxing, Step Aerobics, Calisthenics, you name it. Katt’s first experience with exercise was Tae Bo Kids. After falling in love with exercise, Katt carried this love throughout the rest of her childhood and continued to carry it through her adult life.
While in college, Katt became an AFAA certified Group Exercise instructor and taught many classes such as bootcamp, kickboxing, HIIT, step aerobics and more. It was in college that Katt discovered her love for long distance running. She joined the running club and completed numerous 5Ks, 10Ks, half marathons & a full marathon.
It was also while in college that Katt discovered Powerlifting. This is the one that stuck. After dedicating herself to the pursuit of strength, Katt was powerlifting for 7 years before ever stepping onto a competition platform. Since then she hasn’t looked back. She has earned Elite status in 3 weight classes (123lbs, 132lbs, &148lbs), and International Elite status in the 165lbs weight class.
Katt works primarily with beginner & intermediate level lifters, and all fitness levels.
